How to Measure Your Fireplace for a Real Fyre Fyreback?

A fireback, also called a Fyreback for Real Fyre, adds depth, beauty, and protection to your hearth. It sits behind your burner, protecting the internal walls of your fireplace while reflecting the fire’s light for a fuller flame effect.

Real Fyre Fyrebacks are available in various colors, styles, and sizes, and they come in three interlocking pieces. These pieces fit together to sit in front of the back wall of your hearth. To ensure you select the right Fyreback, use the dimension table below as a guide.

Steps to Measure for Your Real Fyre Fyreback:

  1. Measure Dimension A: Measure the height from the base of the fireplace (where the burner sits) to the top of the back wall.
  2. Measure Dimension B: Measure the width of the back wall of the fireplace where the Fyreback will sit.
  3. Measure Dimension C: Measure the depth of the fireplace from the back wall to the front of the firebox.
  4. Measure Dimension D: Measure the height of the side walls if you wish to have a full background of protection.
