Why isn't my tracking # working? My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my order...

These are two common questions that many of our customers ask us, specifically with LTL (Large shipments).

The most common reasons are: 

Delayed Update:

  • Sometimes, it takes a little while for tracking information to be updated in the system. This is especially true with LTL Shipments, since there are MANY different carriers/shippers. Give it some time, and then try again later.

Technical Glitch:

  • There could be a temporary technical issue with the tracking system. Try again later or contact the carrier's customer support for assistance.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my order...

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it, here are some steps you can take or that still need to take place:

Check the Delivery Location:

  • Make sure to check the delivery location specified in the tracking information. Sometimes, packages are left at a front desk, reception area, or with a neighbor.

Contact the Carrier:

  • Reach out to the carrier's customer service as soon as possible. Provide them with your tracking number and explain the situation. They may be able to provide additional details about the delivery, such as the delivery address and who received the package.

Wait a Bit Longer:

  • In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered a little early. It's possible that the package will arrive shortly after the tracking information is updated. Wait a day or two to see if the package shows up.
